Burglary Leads to Handgun Arrest
Albany, NY
A 31-year-old Albany man has been arrested for handgun possession following a domestic related incident on Liebel Street.
On Wednesday, October 4, 2023 at around 9:30 p.m., officers responded to a home on Liebel Street for reports of a burglary in progress. Upon arrival, the suspect Robert Graham was located inside the home by officers and was taken into custody. Graham was in possession of a loaded handgun.
No injuries were reported during this incident.
Graham was charged with one count of Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd, one count of Burglary 1st, one count of Criminal Mischief 3rd and one count of Criminal Contempt 1st.
He was Arraigned in Albany City Criminal Court and Remanded to the Albany County Jail.
